As Artistic Director Royston Maldoom initiated and lead this Community Dance project in Hamburg in cooperation with Mags Byrne (Northern Ireland), Tamara McLorg and Susannah Broughton (England), Janice Parker (Scotland) and the Ethiopian dancer Mekbul from the dance school Adugna in Addis Abbeba. Choreographies with disabled people, migrants, young men without a high school degree, seniors, and Primary School Students from Hamburg were created. Those choreographies were brought together to one great performance that took place in the German Schauspielhaus in Hamburg. The dance project was accompanied by amateur- and professional-workshops, as well as by a symposium on Community Dance, as a European Exchange of Experiences.
